What We Believe

Our Doctrinal Foundation

Our beliefs are rooted in the historic Christian faith and grounded entirely in Scripture. We do not build theology on trends, personalities, or speculation. We stand on the revealed Word of God.

Below is a summary of our core convictions.

Scripture

The Authority of the Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.

All Scripture is God-breathed and sufficient for teaching, correction, and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16–17). It is our final authority in all matters of faith and life.

We reject interpretations that distort context, elevate private revelation above Scripture, or add human tradition as equal authority.

God

One God in Three Persons

We believe in one eternal God — holy, sovereign, just, and loving — who exists eternally in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

The Father is the source and sustainer of all.

The Son, Jesus Christ, is fully God and fully man.

The Holy Spirit is fully God, active in regeneration, sanctification, and empowerment.

God is unchanging in His character and faithful to His promises.

Jesus Christ

Savior and Lord

We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who took on human flesh, lived without sin, died on the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for our sins, and rose bodily from the dead.

Salvation is found in Him alone.

He ascended to heaven and will return again in glory.

Salvation

By Grace Through Faith

We believe salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ — not earned by works or religious effort.

Through repentance and faith: Sins are forgiven; hearts are renewed; believers are justified and reconciled to God.

Good works are the fruit of salvation, not the cause of it.

The Holy Spirit

New Life and Ongoing Transformation

We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer, bringing spiritual new birth and continuing transformation.

The Spirit: Convicts of sin; produces spiritual fruit; distributes spiritual gifts; empowers believers for service.

All spiritual experience must align with Scripture and exalt Christ.

The Church

The Body of Christ

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, composed of all believers who confess Him as Lord.

The local church exists to: Worship God; proclaim the gospel; equip believers; build community; serve the world.

Christ alone is the Head of the Church.

Spiritual Maturity

Growth in Christ

We believe every believer is called to grow in holiness, truth, and love.

Christian maturity includes: Faithfulness to Scripture; obedience to Christ; active participation in community; service to others.

We reject both passive Christianity and performance-based spirituality.

The Christian Life

Faith Lived Out

We believe faith expresses itself through love, integrity, humility, and good works.

Believers are called to: Live ethically; serve faithfully; pursue reconciliation; care for the vulnerable; reflect Christ in daily life.

The gospel transforms both heart and conduct.

The Return of Christ

Our Blessed Hope

We believe Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly.

He will judge with righteousness, restore what is broken, and fully establish His kingdom.

Our hope is not in earthly systems, but in the coming reign of Christ.

Our Commitment

We are committed to:

  • Doctrinal clarity
  • Biblical fidelity
  • Christ-centered teaching
  • Humble accountability

We do not claim perfection, but we seek faithfulness.

If you have questions about our beliefs, we welcome thoughtful conversation grounded in Scripture.
